Inandre was not only viciously assaulted but left all alone due to the scandal that resulted. He found himself left without both friends and admirers and...no hope. At least until the day that a man came into his life and gently woos him, even though Inandre thinks it is a simple seeking of contractual services.
I found Dragonfly interesting and would have really liked to see it in a longer format. In a world where Inandre's type of service is handled through brokers and the providers go where - and how - their contracts say they do, I found Inandre sympathetic and Shapur as wily as a merchant of his ilk should be. It is their interactions that kept me turning pages and why I would have liked to see a longer format - to see what comes next for them.
