She along with CSS Agent Jake Devlin are trying to set up tricky negotiations for a treaty with other universes that they have been cut off from for years. Between Alien ships crashing into the station, phantom aliens lurking in the vents and other diplomatic problems will Sissy and Jake be able to get the treaty signed?
Besides the treaty people can see that they have an attraction for each other but because of their caste it is not allowed. Will this stop them or can they find a way around it? Laudae Sissy is determined to get the treaty signed and will not let anything stand in her way.
Laud Gregor the High Priest of Harmony has his own agenda he wants Sissy back on Harmony and wants to make sure things stay they way they are. He travels to the Station intending to bring Sissy back but things happen that he does not expect. Will he finish what he has set out to do?
